获吉林省自然科技奖三等奖1项,吉林省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖2项,国防科学技术进步奖三等奖1项,博士学位论文获吉林省优秀博士学位论文。
全国光学和光子学标准化技术委员会光学材料和元件分技术委员会委员,中国光学学会光学制造技术专业委员会委员,吉林省光学学会理事,应用光学期刊青年编委。美国OSA系列期刊,国内物理学会《物理学报》和《物理快报》、国内光学学会《光学学报》等期刊的审稿人。
